New Accounting System Set-up ~ $400
Includes Quickbooks (QBO or Desktop) set up, Chart of Accounts, customization and initial balance sheet and account setup, and system for financial docs set up for our work moving forward. This is for businesses without a current bookkeeping system.

Monthly Flat Fee Accounting Packages ~ Starting at $500 per month
We work with clients needing monthly services by setting up a flat monthly rate based on an evaluation of workload and hours estimated prior to starting work.

Accounting monthly fee includes data entry into Quickbooks, reconciling accounts, general ledger review, communication regarding transactions (clarifications), and financial statement preparation. Other services can be added to your monthly package depending on your unique needs, including payroll, 1099 prep, and special reports.

Client Initial Review Of Your Current Bookkeeping - Before we start, we'll do a complete analysis of your current Quickbooks file for the previous year of completed data for accuracy. We'll offer recommendations for any detailed renovation of books needed. Upon completion of the analysis, we will know the detail of the monthly work involved and the level of service that will fit your needs.  

Business Book Look - for the Quickbooks DIYer ~ $800
I will work with you to review your current bookkeeping and money management systems and determine what your struggles and issues are. Then I'll develop a Full Books Look Report that will help you see what is not working, what corrections need to happen, and how to fix errors in how the processes are working. You will be able to get your messes fixed. And I'll make sure you know exactly how to use your new plan so you can keep your books up to date and you always understand what is going on with your business finances.

Virtual CFO Services ~ starting at $1000/mo
Jennifer can be a part of your team and add an extra layer of support and expertise. CFO services can include accounting using Quickbooks, monthly meetings, analysis reports, budgeting & forecast reports, capital & loan tables, and special projects. See below for more details!

Quickbooks Clean-up and Catch-up - Our specialty! ~ Quote depending on project needs @ $100/hr
We are Quickbooks experts and can clean up messy books. And we can get you caught up if you are behind on your bookkeeping. We work in both Quickbooks Online and Quickbooks Desktop. We have helped many businesses get their systems tightened up and their books fixed for tax preparation, avoiding costly CPA fees.

• Annual Year-End Financial Statement Package –  for year-end tax prep based on your CPAs needs

• I do all your business accounting so you are ready at tax time, saving you a ton of money that you will NOT be paying your CPA.
